1. Modification Details

Change: Only in the secondary packaging (outer box, labeling, and graphic design).

Purpose: Adjustment to the preferences and communication needs of patients in Brazil.

Impact: There is no impact on the product’s composition, safety, or efficacy.

2. Formula and Quality Control

The active ingredient is a 100% organic extract, naturally obtained and subjected to rigorous quality control processes.

These processes include:

  • High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC);
  • Spectrophotometry;
  • Testing for heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants;
  • Verification of phytocannabinoid concentrations as stated on the label.

The maintenance of the formula is ensured through the Certificate of Analysis (COA), available here.

3. Physicochemical Variations

As a product of natural origin, minor physicochemical variations may occur without affecting the efficacy or quality of the medication, such as:

  • Changes in flavor;
  • Variations in odor;
  • Differences in color and visual appearance of the oil.

These variations are due to the seasonality of plant harvests and are inherent to natural and organic herbal products.

4. Patient Assurance

Patients can be assured that:

  • The concentration of phytocannabinoids remains consistent across all units;
  • The manufacturing process follows international quality and safety standards;
  • Any organoleptic variations (color, flavor, odor) do not interfere with therapeutic effects.

Conclusion

The change made refers exclusively to the secondary packaging.
The product’s formula, active ingredient, and concentrations remain unchanged, guaranteed by laboratory analyses and the COA available online.
Any physical variations are natural and expected in plant-based products and do not compromise quality or efficacy.
